After the successful first part of the trilogy entitled Friends Forever (which was voted for Performance and Choreography of the Year 2012 on the Parade of Dance portal), the creators wanted to continue the story that ended in the first part - in friendly heaven.
The play asks what friendship between two closely related subjects means, and what happens when it becomes a matter of the breadth of a society (in a figurative sense, as well as in a concrete sense): does it mean "the more there is, the merrier", or/and what the other?
The second part of the trilogy is observed through the prism of the ties that keep the friends in a relationship. The two "friends" walk through aspects of various performative practices (the mode of dramatic play, ballet, modern dance techniques, circus) and thus reflect the world of friendship here and now.
The clash of egos is regulated by superhuman forces - love, fate and perhaps even death. Or are they allegories of art, fulfillment and time? But maybe a third, fourth and fifth person is included in the relationship between two friends to redirect destructive energy to a creative path? Are we following what is happening at the same time or are we looking at the projection of the future of a relationship?
Is there still time for a genuine, trusting, human relationship between two individuals? If this time exists - can it last? And if it lasts - how long?
And when it lasts - who regulates it?
"Friends still" ask questions together. Everyone is looking for answers on their own.
